To keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible, a flat rate shipping of $9.95 for all orders under $150. Spend over $150 and shipping is FREE! Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.
Selected artworks, furniture and rugs are excluded from free shipping. We work really hard to get the best shipping quotes for you, and you'll be super surprised at how affordable it is! Please feel free to get in touch for a shipping quote!

Please note, Australia Post is experiencing some delivery delays due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.
Local delivery is offered for addresses within a 5km radius of Orda Kora store and is FREE. Local orders will be delivered on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please note any delivery instructions. If you're not home and we can't leave your parcel, we will take it back to store for you to collect.
Click & Collect
Free click & collect is available from our store (Balgowlah Heights). We will send a notification once your items are ready to collect.
Orders within Australia
Australian orders ship via Australia Posts ‘parcel post’ service. Parcel post is reliable parcel service offering 1-5 business day delivery (Between metropolitan areas of major cities) and you are provided with online tracking.
Please note, delivery delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.
Currently Orda Kora does not ship internationally.
Returns & Exchange
We want you to be happy and satisfied with the items you order online and we will honour exchanges, credit notes or refund (refunds not available on sale items).
Requests for an exchange, credit note or refund must be made within 14 days of receiving an item via email to email@example.com. Items must be returned unworn, with the original tags attached and in the condition that they were received.
We ask that returned items be shipped via registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (if applicable).
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Faulty Items and Damages
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or on (02) 9948 1385 and we will organise a replacement be sent to you.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same terms and conditions as returns and exchanges.
